Our client is foreign company in insurance field. They are looking for high qualified candidate:  Senior Sales Manager

Location:  Ho chi Minh city

Team Management:       Manage 2 sale managers (Renewal Manager & Direct Distribution (TeleSales) Manager). Around 35 staff in that two teams.


  • Ensure assigned team sales target and operating objectives is met in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives (both renewal and Direct)
  • Recruits and hires qualified sales representatives, and support staff to meet producer management and other support requirements (both Renewal and Direct)
  • Trains and develops all staff on both sales and non-sales areas. Contributes to the long-term growth and development of sales staff.
  • Manages a team of producers for productivity and profitability: manages performance of sales staff to ensure that high performance expectations are set and communicated; results are monitored; and high performance standards are maintained and regularly adhered to. Conducts appraisals on direct reports.
  • Ensures that “best practices” are being executed across all functions to encourage the highest quality producer relations.
  • Generating sales leads for Direct Distribution (including validated lists for outbound calls; inbound prospects and web prospects)
  • Conducts regular field work to keep abreast of local market conditions, industry changes and competitive activities that may impact sales; informs management as needed. Provides market knowledge and direction to producers and sales team.
  • Analyzes business data, build operation workflow to establish progress towards goals and identify potential obstacles. Plans and implements corrective actions to improve results as needed. Tasks and plan includes but not limited to convince customers on renewal decision; update customer database; improve internal process to increase producer productivity, to coordinate with Sales staff to obtain renewal data.
  • Consistently identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and involving the appropriate departments (Underwriting, Marketing, Sales…) to review and make changes
  • Creates and leads projects to support business. Projects include but not limit to business development, technology upgrades, workflow enhancement, sales & marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure sales process is efficient and effective.
  • Submits accurate and timely reports as required or requested.
  • Other duties / projects as assigned by Chief Sales Officer



Solid experience in Sale Management (not Sale Manager who only monitors daily performance), Project Sales, New Sales Channel in Banking, Nonlife Insurance, Broker.




  • Monthly Base salary:Negotiable (up to U$4,000) x 13 months per annum
  • Monthly Allowance:  Taxi (7Million), Meal, phone (2Million), Entertainment (4M)
  • Target Short Term Incentive: 18% of annualized base
  • Level: Manager II
  • Annual leave:    16 days
  • Insurance:            For employee only
  • Personal Accident, 36 months of salary
  • Group Life Ins, 24 months of salary         
  • Inpatient, U5,000 per year. Outpatient, U$500 per year
