- Report to: Board of Directors (Ha Noi)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage sales activities, KiotViet sales management software
- Deploy, plan monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and propose directions and solutions to Sales Director
- Constantly creative, explore, improve sales methods to meet and exceed targets
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
- Monitoring and analyzing business efficiency parameters, proposing systematic & professional solutions to improve business efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- Used to be a direct sale and the closest manager of the direct sale team
- Having managed teams of 7 or more people and centrally managed at one location
- Creating office informatics (Word, Excel) and knowledge of internet and social networks;
- Does not require English
- Leadership and management skills
- Report directly to the Board of Directors
BENEFITS
- Salary : $600-$1100 (excluding commission), depends on the candidate’s qualification
