HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a FMCG – Long An company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Senior Accounting Manager.
- Location working: Long An (Company has shuttle bus from Dist.5).
- Report to: CFO
- Working days: Mon – Fri
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Senior Accounting Manager top skills & proficiencies.
- Managing and Handling Taxes such as VAT/ CIT/ FCT/ DTL/ DTA & Transfer Pricing.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operation of the production is conducted in the most efficient manner.
- Assist CFO and coordinate with Dept. Heads in the compilation of budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the company; discuss and assist in resolving the problems related to accountancy procedures, reporting as per IFRS.
- Operations Center Vietnam (SOCV).
- Responsibility for Operations Controlling in SOCV projects (e.g. SAP rollouts; eWork).
- Controlling for Logistics/ operations processes (Repairs, Returns, Logistics, Freight, Order handling etc.).
- Execute OPS reports / management reports (deviation analysis, costs, key figures, risks, resources etc.) to report to FA Director.
- Calculating and monitoring efficiency of Kaizen project in term of cost controlling.
- Testing SAP MM/PP Processes (define, test and support).
- Analyzing Group Manufacturing Costs (actual, plan and budget) in Production, Purchasing, Logistics.
- Ensure stable value flow processes.
- Monitoring company’s assets as Capex, capitalization, disposal, and custom liquation.
- Assisting in preparation and evaluation of annual budgets/E2/E3.
- Working with IT team to analyze and develop tools/ methods to enhance the operation efficiency.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economy, Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP (Integrated)/ ERP.
- Organization and Strategic thinking.
- Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability.
- Openness, attention to detail and client focus, transparency and ethics.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
