HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in the FMCG industry. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Brand Manager position.

Location working: Long An

Time working: Monday – Friday

Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive and research analysis.
Responsible for planning and executing marketing plans synergizing with sales to achieve the targets.
Coordinate with R&D, Sales and agencies to roll out product launches, trade programs, communications plan within timeline, budget and quality.
Work closely with Sales team to identify, prioritize and activate brands by channels and responsible for brand operations at the point of sales.
Any other tasks assigned by CEO.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree
2 years experiences in similar positions and at least 5 years in marketing.
Strong knowledge of brand fundamental and brand building principles; Strong leadership, logical and analytical thinking to drive vision and strategy behind the brands via developing marketing plans and driving innovations.
Experiences in developing, planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing campaign; Experiences in building team and developing people.
Drive innovations and lead the creation of creative ideas and works.

BENEFITS

Salary: $1800 – $2500, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
