Dear Our Valued Candidates, HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in High Technology industry. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Head of Marketing position.

Location working: HCMC
Reporting to: CEO

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Design and implement marketing strategies.
Be in charge of marketing for B2C products.
Propose and implement the following plans.
Business & marketing plan of each line, base, project, campaign.
Brand building and development plan.
Operational Risk Management plan.
Work regularly with suppliers such as: Facebook, Google, Coccoc… as well as search and work with new suppliers to estimate effectiveness, exchange tactics to improve efficiency, optimization, or resolution of emerging issues, plans for the development of high-performing display channels, or new customer acquisition channels.
Lead a 10-people marketing team to execute marketing activities.
Be responsible for hiring, setting KPIs, talent development, performance appraisals, feedback and motivation management for marketing team.
Other tasks assigned by CEO.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of management position with proven track record of business results.
Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing in ecommerce marketing from top technology startups.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
Only A-players with lots of potentials to grow will be considered.
Strong leadership skills; strong analytical and data-driven thinking.

BENEFITS

Salary: $5000-$10000, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
