HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Famous Company that specializes in Building Materials Industry . They are looking for high qualified candidate for Head of Ecommerce position.
- Location working: HCMC
- Reporting to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Making business plan, content strategy and development, promotion and campaigns, online marketing, merchandising, e-Commerce platform, website analysis, customer service satisfaction.
- Manage schedule, cost, recruitment and vendors.
- Manage and develop E-Commerce’s strategy and business plan including drive sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing conversion and profitability.
- Be responsible for the entire E-Commerce budget, business result with managing P&L including tracking all costs and revenue associated with the website.
- Analyze E-Commerce site, decide and prepare contents (category, products & banners), check & control local warehouse situation, manage irregular inquiries from customer center, plan multi-channel digital activities to boost traffic, and make sure everything is on track to maximize sales & profit.
- Manage and educate all members in E-Commerce Department
REQUIREMENT
- Proficiency in Internet and related tools for work (SEO Web, Google Adword …)
- Extensive knowledge in Marketing, e-commerce, research and market development.
- Proficient in office IT (word, excel, powerpoint, design: Photoshop, CorelDraw …)
BENEFITS
- Salary: $2500 – $3500, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
