HR Strategy's Client
HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a famous F&B chain. They are looking for high qualified candidate for General Manager (South) position.
- Location working: Ho Chi Minh
- Reporting to: General Director
- Participate in developing and implementing development strategy for Ho Chi Minh Branch at the request of the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Develop business plan, operation plan for branches monthly, yearly.
- Develop budget plans for branches monthly, yearly.
Operate and manage business activities:
- Organize to make plans; check, urge, monitor he activities of the Supporting Units (Office Division) and Business Units (Chain Stores, …) in branches to reach targets ratified by the Board of Directors.
- Control costs of departments on base of the budget plans ratified by Board of Directors.
- Solve problems related to activities of branches within own power.
- Create an active, professional work environment at branches; increase connections among departments, staff at branches.
- Propose, implement solutions to improve operational efficiency of branches.
Create and develop network of operation:
- Participate in build, plan network of business activities of branches.
- Deploy to look for, develop business locations according to the planned network of operation.
Develop and manage human resources:
- Participate in deploying policies, rules about benefits and work environment at branches
- Participate in managing process of recruiting, training, attracting talents.
- Participate in evaluating personnel quality; plan human resources at branches.
Domestic and Foreign relations:
- Represent company to work with organizations, departments, partners within own power.
- Represent company to solve problems related to administrative procedures, comply with laws of related management agencies, ensure branches to comply with laws and maintain good relationship with local government and people.
- Establish and maintain domestic and foreign relations to create advantages for activities of the company.
- Other tasks assigned by the general director.
- Graduated from university or above with the following majors: Business Administration, Economic, specially Human Resources Management is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position in companies in F&B, FMCG industry or has business activities according to chain, supermarket models.
- Be good in leading teams, creating influence and developing employees.
- Be good in building vision, orientation and business strategy.
- Planning, supervising and implementing plan skills.
- Good communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to organize and effectively exploit resources (finance, human resources, other assets)
- Salary: $3000 – $4000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications
