HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Real Estate Group. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Investment Director Position.

Location working: Ho Chi Minh
Reporting to: BOD

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Searching, developing investment projects as the direction from BOD.
Analyze, evaluate the effectiveness of investment projects.
Make financial plans, capital needs plan for the project.
Implement and monitor the investment process in accordance with approved strategies and plans.
Participate in negotiations, project transfer contracts, and other forms of investment cooperation.
Control and oversee all activities related to the project development.
Other tasks assigned by BOD.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or higher, major in Finance, Accounting.
Solid knowledge about finance, investment, real estate.
Reading skill and good communication skill in English.
Prefer the candidates have experience about IPO, working for Big 4 company.
At least 3 years experience in the same position.
Good planning, management and organizing skill.
Have thorough understanding about financial market, real estate market.

BENEFITS

Salary: $2000 – $3000, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
