HR Strategy’s Clients is a large corporation specializing in the Real Estate industry. Currently looking for potential candidates for the position: Operation Director (Open for Vietnamese & Expat)
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Report to: CEO (Foreigner)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Development Depts)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
- Other activities will be discussed during the interview
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and above in related fields: Business Administration, Accountant, Foreign Trade, Economics, etc.
- At least 5-year experience as Chief Operating Officer/ Deputy Managing …
- Ability to manage and coordinate departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development Depts, …
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Production
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Fluent in English
BENEFITS
- Salary: $6000 – $9000, depending on candidate capabilities.
