HR Strategy’s client is a Trading compay specialising in Electrical Appliances and kitchenware. They are looking for International Sales Manager.

  • Working Location: Ho Chi Minh city
  • Working Time: Monday to Friday


1. Core responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing business targets
  • Organize sales and manage sales staff in sub-regions
  • Develope distribution system
  • Develop new brands, new products and manage the industry

2. Business planning:

  • Develop and distribute sales targets by month, quarter, year according to regional sales, SKU, key model according to the total expenditure assigned by the General Director. Proposal to adjust spending
  • Develop mapping plan for products
  • Develop plans, sales promotion and sales support plans.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing / Marketing department in planning Marketing plans
  • Plan the Department’s action plan
  • Proposing a product development plan and implementing it according to the approved plan

3. Sales planning:

  • Managing sales process according to the customer in assigned area
  • Implementing sales plan for staff to support employees to fulfill the assigned work objectives
  • Perform transactions with key customers distributors and wholesalers
  • Implementing sales promotion plans and programs

4. Monitoring sales channels:

  • Control department spending based on statistics and market realities
  • Monitor the business situation of customers and competitors
  • Implementation / proposal Implementing / proposing actions to adapt to market fluctuations

5. Manage sales personnel:

  • Manage sales spending, skills, and operational progress of each business supervisor and sales staff.
  • Evaluate business supervisor and sales staff, promote, travel, propose dismissal of business supervisor and sales staff based on personnel policies
  • Training / proposing training programs, building a professional sales team

6. Area Management:

  • Proposing an overall promotion for the region
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing / Marketing to unify promotions, organize promotions
  • Keep track of the progress of indicators for the areas / brand / key model
  • Reporting, analyzing, planning the market situation and products of the Company, advising the Board of Directors


  • Nationality (Expat/ Foreigner): Korean (01 candidate) and Chinese (01 candidate)
  • Graduated from College or University, major: Import – Export, Business Administration or related major
  • At least 5-year experience in export/ international sales, selling kitchenware, home appliances.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills).
  • Responsible, energetic, creative, honest, careful, passionate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-motivated and result-oriented
  • Excellent negotiating skill.
  • Willing to go on business trips (abroad).


  • Salary: $3000-$5000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
