HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Real Estate company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Senior Project Manager.
- Location working: Ho Chi Minh City
- Report to: BOD
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- In charge of managing and advising the Board of Directors and the General Director of all projects invested and developed by the Company: From Design, Bidding, Construction and handover projects.
- Managing architectural design – planning, structural – infrastructure design, surveying, electromechanical design, volume estimation, … Approving drawings, contracts, project documents …
- Managing the project management boards, ensuring the construction according to the approved plan, on schedule, quality and cost control within the assigned budget.
- Administer and control the participation in bidding; negotiate construction contracts.
- Arrange and plan the financial performance for each construction contract, contract cash flows and resources.
- Regularly update and innovate technology applications and construction methods to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Project reports periodically (month, quarter, year) and irregular (if any). Measure performance & evaluate project activities.
- Control the process of acceptance, final settlement of construction.
- Schedule, plan, estimate and manage risks according to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure projects compliance with engineering process and quality policies.
- Deliver assigned projects with expected quality of result, according to stakeholders expectations, with minimal escalations and management help.
- Organize team work and delivery of expected results by team members.
- Plan all aspects of the projects, envision conflicts and resolve them without external help.
- Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Architecture.
- At least 05 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experienced in projects luxury.
- Knowledge of laws related to management of construction investment projects and real estate business.
- Have had experience managing.
- Fluent English, reading and understanding specialized materials.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Organization and Strategic thinking.
- Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 (For Vietnamese and Expat) depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
