HR Strategy’s Client is a company that specializes in the Real Estate field. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the CFO position.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Conduct and manage the roles of the CFO position.
- Develop accounting and finance policies and procedures and monitor internal compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Oversee operational performance, internal accounts, and all budgets and business plans.
- Loan Negotiation and Fund Rising.
- Execute finance processes, plan schedules for M&A, financing.
- Evaluate, interpret, and summarize financial and operational results to accurately forecast expected future results.
- Collaborate to examine potential deal targets, supporting the successful integration of acquisitions when applicable.
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of various management information systems.
- Finance Consulting for Board of Management.
- Built up Strategy, Optimize Finance Management, and Cost Control.
- Working with banks and financial institutions for capital mobilization.
- Building relationships with strategic investors / external financial institutions to seek investment cooperation opportunities and develop additional capital sources for the Group when necessary.
- Mergers and purchases (when required).
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO/Head Quarter.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Auditing, Investment.
- At least 05 years of experience in similar positions.
- Age from 35 to 45.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Securities, Real Estate, and Related Laws.
- CPA is a request, CFA Holder is an advantage.
- Communication, presentation, negotiation, solving-problem, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $5,000 – $8,000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications;
