HR Strategy’s Client is a company specializing in the Real Estate industry. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position Marketing Manager.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Report to: CEO

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage marketing project to achieve expected communication effectiveness;
• Work closely with Event, PR, Online Marketing and Design teams to ensure smooth implementation and marketing strategies;
• Come up with proper and accurate marketing strategies that emphasize and empower client’s brands in general and specific projects;
• Implement creative marketing strategies and suggest creative marketing materials to create a better awareness for product and brand;
• Develop and implement the appropriate strategies for new products and services;
• Brand management to ensure consistent image in all marketing activities;
• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans;
• Kick-start and coordinate the action plans to penetrate new markets;
• Other duties assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in Real Estate industry – developers
• Real estate market knowledge, Understanding about the products and branding in real estate.
• Strong media networking and relationship.

BENEFITS

• Salary: $2500 – $3000, depending on the ability of the candidate.
• Other benefits will be discussed at the interview.
