HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for the position: Site Manager
Working Location: HCM
Report to: Project Manager (Taiwanese)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the project development from the commencement to the completion
- Responsible for renovating the apartments, residential and urban area
- Target the upgrading of existing facilities and consist of interventions regarding: structural evaluation, MEP/ fire protection equipment replacement, enhancement of the surrounding area
- Coordinate with Client/Sub-Contractor, Project Manager to make decision and execute the project works
- Ensure project to capture the requirements of quality, schedule of Main-Contractors/Clients
- Make assignments for the project team and evaluate the performance for these assignments
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers
- Evaluate the impact on budget/cost in case of any change request in quantities or materials specification
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Find ways to prevent problems and resolve any issues/problems that happened out of contract scope
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 3 years of experience in the field related area
- Have strong experience in renovating and upgrading projects
- Excellent English skills (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
- Proficient Microsoft Office application (word, powerpoint, excel…), and Microsoft Project
- Hard-working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines
- Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem- solving skills
BENEFITS
- Salary: $2,000 – $2,200. It depends on candidate’s interview.
