JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Define sales and marketing targets for all products with and for sales staff (volume and profitability)
- Communicate and ensure correct implementation of guidelines for vehicle pricing policy
- Analyze the data of market, products and competitors
- Monitor the local automobile market new car sales.
- Ensure development of the sales performance and market share
- Carry out and evaluate sales promotion measures
- Establish and develop contacts with VIP and major, fleet customers
- Employ and develop sales staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or College, major Business Administration or others related
- At least 2 years experience in retail sales, preferably in automobile, luxury car industry
- Knowledge of the local market, basic commercial and legal knowledge, sales techniques, marketing tools
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Understanding of quality management systems
- English communication
BENEFITS
- Salary $1300 + sales incentive, depends on candidates’ experiences and qualification
