HR Strategy’s Client is a Steel Structure company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position: Export Sales Director, Project Channel.
- Working location: HCMC
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
- Reporting to: Deputy CEO of Foreign Market
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for driving profitable growth and developing sales presence in International market.
- Develop and perform the strategic sales plans and business development activities to meet the company target.
- Conduct visits to understand the marketplace, meet with distributors/retailers, observe operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend growth strategies.
- Partner with regional teams to support the brand strategy and execution of activities in each market.
- Provide constant, thorough and timely communication to the customers.
- Develop strategies and tools for building existing business and acquiring new business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 3 years of experience in same position of (pre-engineered) steel companies will be a strong point.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English fluently, as well as other relevant skills.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $2500 – $4000 + attractive commissions and incentives, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
