HR Strategy’s Client is a Construction Global Company. They are looking for a high qualified candidate for the Business Development Manager position

  • Working Location: HCMC
  • Report to: CEO and BOD Steering Committee

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Create effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references
  • Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships in Construction field
  • Developing foreign client relationships and portfolio of foreign client projects
  • Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients from RFP’s, participate in and be a significant contributor to final bid presentations and submissions
  • Market research and analysis domestically and regionally to find new opportunities to improve sales
  • Attendance at meeting, industry seminars, conferences and trade shows for networking potential clients
  • Developing a comprehensive training plan for the management team
  • Weekly/ monthly report on business development activities to the CEO and BOD Steering Committee
  • Any other tasks assigned by CEO and BOD Steering Committee

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction management, Construction Engineering, Project Management or relevant
  • At least 3-4 years of experiences in Construction or Real Estate company
  • Have experiences in market development
  • Strong planning – organizing – coordinating skills, reliability, the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and priorities tasks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, service-minded, and positive attitude
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English
  • Must be familiar with lump sum, competitive bid environment as well as all other alternate contracting methods such as partnering and joint ventures

BENEFITS

  • Salary: $3000- $4000, depends on candidates experiences and qualification
