HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in the FMCG industry. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Trade Marketing Director Position.

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
Reporting to: Deputy CEO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and execute the trade marketing strategy, working with category managers and senior leaders to develop promotional strategy
Lead key initiatives for all in-store categories, strengthening brands, optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy.
Develop and implement key strategies for customers in line with company direction
Build and foster long-term partnerships with key clients and customers.
Ongoing competitive analysis of key market trends to support sales function to ensure a strong market position.

REQUIREMENT

University degree, preferably in marketing or business.
At least 05-10 years experience in the same position (FMCG).
Prefer candidate in the Dairy industry.

BENEFITS

Salary: $5000-$7000, depending on a candidate’s capacity.
