HR Strategy’s Client is a company specializing in the FMCG field. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the National Sales Director position.
Working Location: HCMC
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop a sales strategy for each target market, reach/exceed the annual output/sales volume.
- Build good and reliable relationships with customers, maintain and increase sales to existing customers, and develop new customers.
- Understand and master market demand to have an appropriate sales plan and to reduce risks.
- Research the needs of the client and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Process control and related documents: sales plan, delivery, purchase and payment.
- Master and report on competition activities and prices to be able to come up with an appropriate competitive strategy
- Comply with the company’s business ethics, rules and procedures.
- Seriously and punctually comply with the requests and tasks assigned by the superiors; (weekly and monthly reports, thematic reports, projects, …).
- Contribute/propose ideas/plans to improve the competitiveness of the Company in order to develop new products and new markets.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department. Contribute improvement if needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from the university, have good business knowledge.
- At least 05 years of business experience in the B2B sector.
- Priority with experience in food technology and industry.
- Age: 35 – 45 years old
- Ability to operate independently, proactively, creatively and effectively.
- Under the pressure of work, willing to work overtime
BENEFITS
- Salary: $3000–$3500, depending on the ability of the candidate.
