HR Strategy’s Clients is a large corporation in Vietnam specializing in Technology industry. Currently looking for potential candidates for the position: Head of Sales
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales team
- Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
- Clients relationship management.
- Educates the team on significant areas including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing
- Prepares forecasts, territory, and growth plans
- Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
- Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
- Recruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment
- Details will be discussed in the interview.
- Bachelor degree and above in related fileds: Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Foreign Trade, Economics, etc.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in equivalent positions. Priority to have experience working with partners/ merchant in restaurant, retail, transportation, shopping… fields
- Having general knowledge about Online Payment, E-commerce, Internet Banking, Finance …
- Knowledge about Technology. Priority to candidates who have knowledge about mobile applications
- Negotiation skills, large scale planning, organizing, and project management skills (B2B, B2C models)
- Salary: Up to $5000 (Negotiable), depending on candidate capabilities.
