Dear Our Valued Candidates, HR Strategy’s client is a company specialized in Beverage field. They are looking for highly qualified candidates for Head of Sales position.

  • Report to: CEO
  • Take care: ~ 10 Line Managers & 1000 staff


  • Be responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization (Trade, Sales Cap, Customer Care, Route to Market)
  • Resposible for the sales function, budget oversight, and be accountable for the results of operations for all channel sales (GT,MT)
  • Set up and deploy plans, sales strategies and incentive programs to attain company goal.
  • Be responsible for revenues and growth of individual sales channels, development of new or emerging sales channel.
  • Leadership, coaching and supporting team members in sales through goal setting, performance management, identify development needs and meet training requirements.
  • Ensure key initiatives such as new product launches are well executed by the sales team.
  • Monitor and update daily performance by sales team, stimulate sales team to fulfill the agreed target.
  • Work with marketing department to identify market growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years overall sales leadership experience and 15 + year in beverage or consumer goods sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation, business strategy formulation.


  • Salary: $6000 – $8000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
