JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and executing Marketing strategies in the short, medium and long terms.
- Responsible for development of the company’s brand name in the real estate sector.
- Seeking Media relations to develop business activities, develop brands and handle crisis.
- Researching, evaluating and synthesizing the Real Estate market and proposing solutions to promote the Marketing strategy of the Group.
- Developing and advising the Board of Management on Marketing Strategies, Marketing Planning as well as the management, organization and administration of the Group’s Marketing activities.
- Developing and putting Marketing Plans into action for Real Estate projects closely following the Group’s developing orientation.
- Researching, evaluating, synthesizing about the Real Estate market and giving the leaders advices of appropriate marketing strategies for the Group.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University majoring in Marketing, Real Estate, Economics block or related disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Branding is required.
- At least 05 years of experience as Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing Department at Real Estate Investor Groups in high-end segment projects is a strong point.
- Skills of evaluating & analyzing data, risk management & change management
- Ability to communicate, persuade, write content & advertising, analyze trends; have good presentation skills, dynamism and creativity will be appreciated.
- Having relationships with media and advertising partners.
BENEFITS:
- Salary: $5000 – $7000, depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
