HR Strategy’s Clients is a large corporation in Vietnam, specializing in Foods industry. Currently looking for potential candidates for the position: Group CEO (local is preferred)
- Company size: About 10.000 employees
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Report to:Chairman & BOD
Job Description
- Develop corporate strategy to promote strengths of whole group as well as each member company.
- Develop a high performing managerial team.
- Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee and ensure smoothly operation and business activities.
- Responsible for the performance of the overall business (Revenue & Net Profit) and the Capital allocation.
- Listing the Company in next 2 years at the price more than the Company’s intrinsic value.
- Details will be discussed in the interview.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as CEO for 3 years as minimum (promoted from Head of Sales).
- MA in business administration or similar relevant field
- Experience in managing from 6 to 11 subsidiaries (member companies)
- Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful business strategies
- In-depth knowledge of sales, corporate governance, finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with various business functions such as sales, finance, supply chain, HR etc. .
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have knowledge in Food and Chemical industry is preferable
Benefits
- Salary: $12,000 – $15,000 (Negotiable), depending on candidate capabilities.
