- Report to: Training Director
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
- Implement training programmes for big events or conferences).
- Evaluate training and development programmes
- Imporove environment and cultural learning.
- Leadership training and development.
- Cultural development.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Graduated from University or higher education
- At least 05 years of experience in the training and development field.
- Prefer candidates having background in real estate, banking, insurance
- Enthusiastic and passionate with human development & training.
- Good thinking and critical thinking.
- Communication, presentation, coordination, good teamwork.
- Active, responsible, drastic, willing to learn, constantly creative.
- Flexibility in handling situations / solving problems.
- Fluent in English
BENEFITS
- Salary: $5000 – $6000, depends on candidate’s experience and ability
