HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in IT/Education . They are looking for high qualified candidate for Deputy Director of Training Center.

  • Location working: HCMC
  • Report to: Training Director

Job Descriptions

  • Research the education market, the demand for human resources / capabilities and technology trends.
  • Develop training orientation and strategy
  • Plan operation department training
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of the training department plan & propose adjustments
  • Orientation of the system of regulations, policies related to training
  • Establish the strategic partnerships: Enterprises, training organizations, research units, startup communities
  • Update new information on the education market, human resource needs, capacity needs and technology trends of industries.
  • Develop and update the Competitive Framework training system
  • Research and update the curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials and teaching aids.
  • Organize training materials management system and archive
  • Search and develop management team, lecturers, academic staff, and student work suitable for training products and educational environment
  • Train the orientation of management team, lecturers, academic staff, and student work on the educational philosophy, models, methods of education and training.
  • Coordinate with other departments to plan class opening, build timetables for students and lecturers, ensure the classes are operated well during operation.
  • Orientate and build a training quality management system
  • Ensure the quality of industry training and the output quality of students.
  • Approach and invite lecturers, experts and speakers in the field to participate in the opening activities, seminars
  • Contact, collaborate with businesses, organizations, units, communities to get projects on deployment in Studio
  • Find and develop a team of mentors suitable to the training product and educational environment

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from University with majors in Information Technology
  • At least 4 years of experience in the same position
  • Basic knowledge about all fields of Development and Design
  • Have in-depth knowledge about Training
  • Knowledge of the model, the process of training to access capacity
  • Pedagogical skills, knowledge transfer
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills, curriculums design, writing syllabus
  • Communication skills, persuading partners, businesses
  • Ability to research and improve professional knowledge, plan and assign tasks effectively
  • Train and coach team
  • Ability to travel frequently

Benefits

Salary: $4000 – $5000, depending on the ability of the candidate
