HR Strategy’s Client is a company specializing in the Hospitality field. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Bus Line Director (Hospitality) position.
Working Location: HCMC
Report to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Set up all operations related to the hotel’s bus line.
- Be responsible for the vehicle management team (vehicle management, administrative procedures, violation handling, insurance, maintenance, accident handling, etc.).
- Coordinate the hotel car in a reasonable and efficient manner in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
- Take note of specific customer requests and coordinate with relevant departments in order to meet customer expectations.
- Manage and coordinate activities such as welcoming delegations, and VIPs.
- Supervise, organize, and operate vehicle management.
- Planning, developing and implementing the hotel’s strategy.
- Organize driver training and supervise compliance with regulations on uniforms, behavior, passenger service attitude, driving skills, problem handling …
- Solve the problems that arise in the course of doing business.
- Be responsible for other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors and be responsible for the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 35 – 45 years old.
- Graduated in Transportation, Business Administration, Logistics or related majors.
- At least 03 years of experience in the same position.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Experience in managing and operating a fleet of 10 vehicles in 4-star hotels and above.
- Experience in the passenger transport industry.
- Understanding the provisions of the law on the trucking industry.
- Skills in managing, operating, planning, organizing work, developing, and implementing an effective business plan.
- Priority to male candidates.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $3000–$4000, depending on the ability of the candidate.
