HR Strategy’s client is a famous group specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for Branch Director position.
Work location: HCMC
Report to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage activities of the trading floor
- Coordinate with the Head of the Sales Department, the Head of the Sales Team, to develop a business plan and complete the assigned business targets.
- Coordinate with the company’s marketing department through marketing communication plans, advertising for each project
- Deploying the general business plan of the company. Check, supervise and report the results of the project business to the Board of Directors when assigned tasks
- Assist employees in negotiating, negotiating, closing transactions with major customers or in case employees have difficulties and need support that Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader cannot solve
- Responsible for developing a stable, professional, clean, strong sales team, strengthening management and professional development. Participate in training, coaching, and sharing skills for consultants throughout the company when required
- Report directly to the vice president of sales and marketing and the board of directors as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate or higher
- At least 02 years of experience in managing and operating a sales team of over 20 employees in real estate
- Understanding the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces
- Ability to make independent and assertive decisions at workAbility to lead and manage the staff and be able to motivate subordinates
BENEFITS
- Salary : $1500 – $1800 , depends on the candidate’s qualification
