HR Strategy’s client is a company specialized in Cosmetics. They are now looking for highly qualified candidate for Key Account Manager position.
- Working location: Hanoi & Danang
- Working time: 9AM-6PM from Mon to ½ Sat
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop the Sales & Consultants in your designated area
- Coach Sales to recruit, train, set goals and builds new Sales
- Hold meeting to launch Catalogue and conduct recognition
- Conduct regular leadership councils in order to establish a close partnership with key leaders
- Hold individual business planning session with identified leaders to develop their goals
- Outline specific monthly plans for achieving these goals, coordinated with company activities
- Act as a coach to the leaders in the goal setting process and provide support through joint actions and proper follow-up
- Conduct motivational events, public events, recruiting and sales campaigns together with leaders
- Create an atmosphere of belonging, excitement and success
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Having passion for sales, networking with people
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in the same position, specially in MLM, cosmetic, beauty care, functional foods fields
- Positive personality, can-do spirit, dynamic, proactive
- Thrive in coaching other people to their success
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people
- Leadership, Coaching, Creative skills
- Analytical / Planning skills
- Good English skills
BENEFIT
- Salary: $800 – $1000 + high bonus & allowance, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
