HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a global non-profit organization. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Program Director position.

Location working: Ha Noi
Reporting to: Country Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee and manage the implementation of program activities in Vietnam.
Contribute to strong stewardship and positive relationships (partner organizations, donors, government, private sector, and so on).
Provide clear and consistent leadership to the program staff and foster a professional team environment with consistent standards, clear expectations, and sufficient guidance.
Any other tasks assigned by Country Director.

REQUIREMENT

Advanced degree in public health, Ophthalmology, or social sciences equivalent education.
Preferably in the INGO or health-care related sector in Vietnam.
Designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation program/project.
Communication and presentation skills; Good at English.

BENEFITS

Salary: $5000 – $10000, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
