HR Strategy’s client is a company specialized in Retail industry. They are now looking for highly qualified candidate for Sales Manager position.
- Working location: HaNoi
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for inspiring a sales team of people to deliver sales and profit targets, through coaching, leading and role modeling exceptional customer service and operational standards within our airport shops.
- This role encompasses commercial thinking and decision making alongside a strong understanding of people management and communication to large teams.
- Provide excellent Customer Service including the ability to function as a role model, ensuring the customer is always top priority.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques
- Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within stores
- Effectively communicate with stores team
- Day to day operations of stores including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store functions
- Other tasks will be discuss during the interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 year minimum supervisory experience in a retail fashion industry
- Excellent Customer service, communication and organization skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management
- Store merchandise experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Present a professional appearance
BENEFITS
- Salary: $1500 – $2000, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
