HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in the Kitchen Solutions industry. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for the position: North Sales Manager
Working location: Ha Noi
Report to: Commercial Director
- Plan and manage the division according to agreed country development strategies
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and optimization of quality of service
- Participant in sales visits to key customers to build customer relationships and be their preferred vendors
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product & technical information to team and potential/existing customers
- Lead and take charge of negotiations where necessary to ensure a win-win agreement with customers
- Work with sales team to prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating business solutions
- Take charge of recruitment and ensure effective induction for new team members, monitoring ongoing performance needs.
- Manage performance and development of team to maximize sales performance of division
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 – 5 years experience in the same position, having experience with Kitchen appliances is an advantage.
- Good at English is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Salary: $1000 – $1500. It depends on the candidate’s experience and qualification
