HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in F&B field. They are now looking for highly qualified candidate for Operation Director position.
Working location: HaNoi & HCMC
JOB DESCRIPTION
Search, develop partners / investors to franchise Advise, guide and support partners to understand the franchise model of the company
Consulting and signing franchise contracts, in charge of legal documents related to franchise activities
Coordinate with departments to solve problems that ensure the process and good efficiency for opening and operating stores: Design, construction, recruitment, training, programs opening, supplying goods, operating stores.
Managing/taking care of the franchisee to make sure the franchise store adheres to the company’s standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated College or higher specialized business administration, marketing or related fields
Experience in franchising, having knowledge of building systems, operate franchise model.
Priority to candidates who have experience in F&B and have worked for big brand
Knowledge of business law, franchise law.
Fluent in English
BENEFIT
Salary: $4000 – $5000, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
