HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in IT industry. They are looking for high qualified candidate for IT Team Leader position.
- Working Location: Ha Noi
- Report to: Department Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Make plan, organize and monitor the IT system (server, storage, security…).
- Make plan, organize and manage IT Helpdesk team.
- Make report, present report to customer on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, yearly) in Japanese language
- Mainly responsible in implementing IT projects. Collect customer’s requirements, make plan, and assign tasks to team members.
- Implement, monitor project progress, make sure projects are on schedule, within budget, meet quality and customer’s requirements.
- Perform other tasks following IT manager’s request
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
- Have experience (at least 3 years) in similar position.
- Have ITIL/CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSE/PMP is an advantage)
- Can communicate well in Japanese (both speaking and writing)
- Can present reports well in Japanese language.
- Have analyze and problem-solving skill.
- High level of document skills (MS Office, MS Project…)
- Flexible working time: can work over time/at weekend/on holidays.
BENEFITS
- Salary : $800 – $1600, depends on the candidate’s qualification
