HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in Infrastructure Engineering. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position Regional Sales Manager.
- Working Location: Hanoi
- Report to: (Indian) Sales Head
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for regional sales in Vietnam manufacturing industries, both local as well as transplants from Global manufacturing companies operating in Vietnam.
- Build the relationship with customers in the field of mainly Automotive OEMs and supply chains (Tier 1 components), and similar manufacturers of Engineering products like Engines Motors, Pumps, hydraulics, etc..
- Responsible to lead the regional sales and projects teams to engage with the development of business with customers, as well as developing new customers
- Responsible for collaboration with the back-end sales and proposal engineering teams in India, to align the customer needs/RFQs
- Plan sales strategy, facilitate communications with customer to develop winning solution as per the sales strategy, and ensure execution of sales strategy through presentations and sales push.
- Keep track and analyze business performance, propose solutions and improve
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan and report
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from majors Mechanical / Production / Industrial or Electrical engineering
- At least 3 years experience with the same position in Sales B2B in the fields of Automotive/ Engineering Machines
- Experience with Automotive OEMs or supply chains (Tier 1 components) is an advantage
- Able to go on international and domestic business trips
- Fluent communication in English
BENEFITS
Salary: $2000 – $3000, up to the ability of the candidate
