Our client is a company in Automotive industry. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Fleet Sales Manager position.
- Work location: Ha Noi
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make a monthly projection of the vehicle requirements by department
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Selling car to VIP / NGO / hotel / company with large quantity
- Forecast monthly with each salesperson to establish objectives in terms of the number and type of customers coming into the dealership
- Review monthly commission sheets, productivity reports, salespersons’ monthly forecast, and profit performance with the Dealer by salesperson and as a department.
- Conduct and document ongoing refresher safety training within the sales department.
- Conduct periodic self-inspection for hazard assessment within the sales department and recommend and document action needed and action taken.
- Maintain a balanced vehicle inventory
- Recommend to the Dealer procedures for short-and long-range advertising, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, compensation plans, customer complaints, salespersons’ evaluations, and car rentals.
- Conduct sales meetings.
- Report directly to Dealer Principal
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or University Specialized in Business Administration or Related
- Ability to Work Independently
- At least 2 years in automotive retail, luxury car or other areas, Automotive Sales Management Experience
- Have A Wide Close Relationship with The Customers
- Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent Managerial Skills
- Good English
- Active, Creative, Able to Work Under Pressure.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $900, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
