HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in Construction, Architectural and Interior Design. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Site Manager.
- Working Location: Flexible
- Reporting to: Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage the project development from the commencement to the completion.
- Coordinate with Client/Sub-Contractor, Project Supervision to make decision and execute the project works.
- Ensure project to capture the requirements of quality, schedule of Main-Contractors/Clients.
- Make assignments for project team and evaluate the performance for these assignments.
- Evaluate the impact on budget/cost in case of any change request in design, quantities or materials specification
- Resolve any issue/problem happened out of contract scope.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in the field related area of Interior Design.
- Ability to read Design Drawings (floor plans)
- Good organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
- Strong communication and Problem solving skills
BENEFITS
- Salary : $1500 – $1700 Gross (can deal), depends on the candidate’s qualification
