HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in Construction, Architectural and Interior Design. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Project Manager.
- Working Location: Flexible
- Reporting to: Project Director
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Review research for product and construction methods related to projects.
- Develop detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software or small-scale models.
- Prepare schedules, budgets and work plan documents during all phases of the design process.
- Carry out research, complete Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment selections and budgets.
- Complete detailed written specifications of construction requirements, furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials.
- Work closely with other professionals including designers, architects, engineers and others.
- Coordinate orders with manufacturers and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in the field related area of Interior Design.
- Ability to read Design Drawings (floor plans)
- Good organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
BENEFITS
- Salary : $1800 – $2000 Gross (can deal), depends on the candidate’s qualification
