HR Strategy’s client is a company in The Agrochemical Industry, now they are seeking for the Product Manager.
- Working location: Dong Nai
- Report: Senior Product Manager
- Working Time: Monday – Friday
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Analyze the pesticide needs of each crop and propose solutions.
- Offering market segmentation, product positioning and planning.
- Plan and supervise sales plan, import plan of related products.
- Analyze market information, competitor information & crop trends related to product development
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing market share in managed product groups.
- Track the development of new products, new markets, new target groups.
- Check and update the content and design of product labels. Labels must conform to regulations of the Department of Plant Protection.
- Suggest prices, sales policy, promote promotions for agents and farmers.
- Report problems related to the assigned work.
- Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, and technical support when needed.
- Good research and forecasting of market demand.
- Effectively control the production of goods and inventory
- Control advertising broadcasting and image promotion activities.
- Understanding of the Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements & maintaining corporate confidentiality
- Must prepare monthly reports and send to the manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Participate in internal & external training courses.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge & qualifications: University graduate or higher, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture / Economics. Have knowledge in plant protection industry.
- Skills: Use office computer, good English, teamwork, plan, have good communication and negotiation skills, collect market information.
- Ability: Independent work, under pressure, ability to solve problems in time.
- Experience: 02 years or more
BENEFITS
- Salary: $1200 – $1500
