- Working location: Dong Nai
- Working Time: Mon – Sat
- Report to: General Director
- Take care: 20 Staff
Job Descriptions
- Make annual plan for: Working plan, Manpower plan, Cost plan and Training plan
- Control, audit for: Trial production, Mass production
- Improvement for: Defective, Complaint from Customer, Abnormal and Low effect process
- Supervision production line to ensure that all process is good condition
- Coordinate with customer or sale team make CAP (claim & complain) to analyze and finding root cause.
- Follow-up and verification of action plan from another department after do corrective & preventive action done and close CAP send to sale or customer before 5 day.
- Make the report CAP for conclusion graph compare monthly report and analyze
warning feedback to team know if trend uper standard line are statistically significant. - Make the report HOLD by QA for conclusion graph compare monthly report and analyze warning feedback to team know if trend uper standard line are statistically significant.
- To supervise all quality control procedure and instruction of BOD.
- To coordinate and cooperate between department for driving system standard work
- Supervise and train QA staff for working in quality control and share data record from customer claim&complain.
- Make report certificate of analysis (C.O.A.) Working be under manager assign.
- Management QA leader and can work in place when they are absent due to sickness or leave
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or higher in chemical /Food industry or related field.
- Have experience in Food/FMCG/Packaging field is preferable.
- Good English language and computer skills.
Benefits
- Salary: Around $2000 – $3000 depends on the candidate’s qualification.
- Have a bus pick up from HCMC
