HR Strategy’s client is a global company specialized in Manufacturing. They are looking for qualified for Deputy CEO (Office) (only for expats – American or Overseas Vietnamese).
- Working Location: Dong Nai
- Working Time: Mon to Fri
- Report to: CEO
- Take care: 1,000 employees
- Shuttle bus from HCMC
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Plan strategy:
- Advise CEO:
- Design, establish, organize, operate the organizational structure of the Company;
- Create a strategy for developing human resources
- Investing in technological facilities for managing, operating system.
2. Operate:
- Allocate purposes/objectives for managers of units in charge according to periods (year, quarter, month)
- Organize to make plans; check, urge, monitor activities of units in charge to assure to complete objectives ratified by CEO.
- Direct, manage, operate the following departments: HR and Admin, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Legal.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university or above with majors in Business Administration, Economic sector, Human Resource Management is preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in the same positions.
- Prefer candidates in multinational companies.
- Be good at building vision, orientation, and good strategy.
- Skills of making, monitoring, and implementing plans.
- Be good at leading teams, creating influence, and developing employees.
- Training and personnel development skills.
- Skills of interviewing and evaluating personnel.
- Human resource management and supervision skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to organize and effectively exploit resources (finance, human resources, other assets)
- Personality: Decisive, consistent, and honest.
BENEFITS
- Basic salary: $5,000-$10,000 (around VND 60,000,000 to VND 120,000,000 annual), depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
