HR Strategy’s client specializing in the field of Immigration is currently looking for candidates of the position: Director of Sales & Marketing
• Location: Hanoi
• Report to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Establish the strategy for Sales & Marketing department as assigned revenue target and the development strategy of the Company monthly/quarterly/ year
• Do market research, find customer’s needs, then give new plan for adaptability
• Participating in the development of personnel policies with the HR department
• Building a KPIs system for the Sales & Marketing Department
• Participate in recruiting, training skills, managing team of Sales & Marketing departments
• Receive weekly, monthly, quarterly reports of subordinate employees to understand the business situation and support them to handle problems
• Produce promotions and Online Marketing; Offline Marketing such as Events, workshops, …
• Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with customers, by accompanying and understanding customers’ needs.
• Report management on business status as well as factors that may affect overall business costs and strategies
• Performing debt management with subordinate employees
• Coordinating other departments to carry out Business tasks well.
• Jobs required by the CEO
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated with Bachelor degrees or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position; 5 years of Sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, Education, Travel, Study Abroad, Immigration, or other services
• Able to lead team to meet targets
• Experience in recruiting, managing multiple departments with a team of over 20 people
• Proficient in communication and negotiation skills in English, having another language is an advantage
BENEFIT
• Salary: $ 2000 – 3500 + attractive commission, depending on the capacity of the candidate.
