HR Strategy’s Client is a company specializing in the Garments Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position Regional Sales Director B2B (Open for Expat).

- Report to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and operate all activities of the Sales Department, including planning for strategies, recruitment and training for staff, assigning tasks, supporting and developing the processes
- Prepare annual sales and business plan for one of the undertaken regions: EU, ASEAN, North America,…
- Monitor the business and financial situation of existing and potential customers to advise Chairman the most effective business strategy
- Pre-approve estimated FOB cost, calculate detailed and actual cost for each order before submitting to the Chairman
- Propose suppliers of goods and services for business activities in the assigned region
- Monitor and support the Account Manager’s tasks and duties
- Coordinate with the design team to research and analyze new global and regional fashion trends and styles
- Proactively approach target customer, understand needs and expand customer database
- Maintain relationships with existing and loyal customers, handle customer’s complaints and inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate from major in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management or equivalent fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in related fields, 3 years of management experience at similar position
- Have wide network with the international garment manufacturing factories, fashion companies,… to develop the market
- Have experience in managing foreign markets, especially in one of the regions: EU, ASEAN, North America,…
- Able to go on domestic and international business trips
- Having experience in setting up the department is an advantage point
- To be on-trend in the fashion market and garments for women
- Knowledge about fashion design: coats, softs, shorts/skirts, menswear, suiting, children’s clothing,…
- Fluent 4 skills of English, having other languages is an advantage point
BENEFITS
- Salary: $3000 – $6000, depending on the ability of the candidate.
