Our Client is a company in Wood industry. They are looking for a qualified candidate for the position: Production Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and monitor departmental safety, quality, equipment maintenance, housekeeping and training programs and ensure compliance with established organizational policy.
- Recommend production and quality improvements and efficiencies and participate with other manufacturing and engineering staff to implement modifications to manufacturing procedures, process and equipment.
- Monitor costs, authorize requisitions and report on assigned budget account variances.
- Coordinate to build and effectively implement KPI system, personnel assessment process
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
- Improve management skills for some positions
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 year-experience in manufacturing industry, 5 year-experience in manager level.
- Strategic planning and deployment skills.
BENEFITS
- Basic salary: $2000-$2700, depends on the candidate’s qualification
