Our client is one of the leading enterprise in Shoes industry. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Supply Chain Manager position.
- Report to: Country Manager
- Working location: Binh Duong (Vsip II)
- Working time: 08.00 to 17.00 Mon to Sat
Job Descriptions
- Analyse supply chain strategies. Planning details of production base on sales levels of products for determining the quantities to be produced.
- Planning details of materials for all factories, to ensure that shop-floors are sufficient inventory, to ensure that suppliers provide enough material.
- Estimate costs, cost management and budget planning follow company standards. Report on the budget.
- Sourcing vendors, suppliers and negotiate with them to ensure best terms & conditions.
- Manage contracts, negotiate the terms to comply with legal requirements.
- Cooperate with the relevant departments, to ensure the production will never be stopped due to “supply chain”.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to control inventory in balance of availability and storage costs.
- Evaluate and periodic auditing suppliers or vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 9 years working in shoes factory with 4 years at the same role
- Good in English including 04 skills.
- Can use use specialized computer software which supporting the job.
Benefits
Salary around $4000, depending on the capacity of the candidate
