HR Strategy’s Client is a company in Plant protection products industry . They are looking for a qualified candidate for the position: HR Manager.

- Company size: 300 Employees
- Working Time: Mon – Fri
- Manage 8 employees
- Assist and advise BOD about Human Resources issues
- Take responsibility for managing the human resources function in order to meet the strategic business objectives.
- Organizing development, building matters related to personnel in accordance with the development orientation of the company
- Arrange human resources in accordance with the growth of the company
- Estimate human resources to support, propose and manage recruitment plans
- Remuneration plan implementation (bonus, salaries and benefits)
- Develop mechanisms and policies to attract, preserve and develop talents
- Building a performance evaluation & capacity development system based on KPI
- Maintain and promote a healthy, communicative and professional working environment from senior leaders to employees.
- University graduate majoring in human resource management or related subjects.
- Over 3 years experience in the same position.
- Prefer candidates with experience working in foreign companies’ environment (German and Swiss companies)
- Experience in managing and understanding law, human resource operating system.
- Salary: $2.500 – $3.000 on the candidate’s qualification
- Bus for commute from HCMC, company.
