GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
 
Be responsible to create good working environment for POCV through supporting activities and ensure the effectiveness of the Admin system towards general objectives. 
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 Implement, supervise and improve all daily activities in General Affair section including:
 
1. Administration activities
- Be responsible for all administration activities 
- Ensure Office facilities and locker is in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
- Ensure clinic service is satisfying for all employees.
- Ensure canteen service is in 5 stars level
 
2. Sub contractors activities
- Ensure sub-contractors’ employees are follow company rules & regulations.
- Manage and supervise all security, cleaning, trees, pest control and car travel activities to ensure they supply good services to company.
 
3. Retention
- Keep resignation in lowest ratio through supporting all teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance team work spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve good production target.

4. Other duties
 
- Support other department activities as required.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Human Resources Director, General Director
 
APPROVAL AUTHORITY
- As stated in all current used working instruction, standard operation procedures
 
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
1. Internal Relationship
- Internal Departments: As defined & mentioned in company Standard Operation Procedures & Working Instructions
- Other Internal Business Units: As defined & mentioned in company Standard Operation Procedures & Working Instructions
2. External Relationship
- Contract manufacturers: As defined & mentioned in company Standard Operation Procedures & Working Instructions
- Customers, Buyers: As defined & mentioned in company Standard Operation Procedures & Working Instructions
 
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
 
- Superior:   Human Resources & Admin Director
- Subordinate:  As stated & defined in latest Company Organization Chart & Head count Budget
- Reports:  As defined by direct superior
 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 
- Bachelor degree
- At least two-year experience at management level in Admin section.
- English ability: Fluency.
- Can work under high pressure and motivate him/herself
- Good health.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.
- Service orientation: customer service minded.
- Communication skill: good
- Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
 
CONDITION OF SERVICE
- Working full time in VSIP from Monday to Friday, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. 
- Work hours may frequently extend into weekends and evening in necessary cases and peak production months.
