Dear Valued Candidates,

Our Client is a Foreign Company in manufacturing and trading agriculture product. They are looking for candidate for the position: Deputy Managing Director 

Having right to manage all activities of Production Dept, Supply Chain Dept, FA Dept, Legal Dept on behalf of MD.

Report to:Acting Managing Director and HQ Managing Director directly

Location working: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai – Monday to Friday and support transportation

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.      Internal control and management:

 

  • Responsible for monitoring and review of working processes.
  • Management of back-end related support departments, such as HR and admin, F&A, legal and compliance, supply chain and production Departments.
  • Ensuring compliance and adoption of working policies, processes and management guidelines 

 2.      Creating and driving productivity-driven culture 

  • Responsible for efficiency gains across the organization
  • Responsible for driving corporate culture, according to corporate mission and vision

 

3.      Risk Management 

  • To be in charge of overall risk management for the entire organization.

 

Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related

Working processes    

  • Analyse and audit working processes in every department, using legal and compliance department as the vehicle.
  • Be able to capitalise on existing processes and frameworks to make further improvements, based on productivity and ROI measurements.
  • Increase accountability, efficiency and timeliness.
  • Ensure and encourage staff on observing protocols and laws, regulations.

 Operational readiness and productivity      

  • Maintaining and optimizing operational readiness and productivity through direct management of back-end support function departments such as HR, supply chain, finance and legal & compliance department.
  • Assist in corporate development by promoting and managing corporate values, initiatives.
  • Construct solutions to maximise use of resources or  maximise outcomes based on considerations for future corporate expansion.

 

 Risk management 

  • Able to analyse and determine internal and external risks, based on risk frameworks.
  • Devise risk solutions, with acceptable risk/reward ratios.

 

Other duties   

  • Reducing layers in business operations,
  • Report on new government policies and laws as well as international affairs that affects 
  • Develop plans with AMD and MD as well as HODs to expand business development based on each region and each crop segment,
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to AMD and MD,

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø  Knowledge and education level: 

  • Knowledge and background in Compliance and Auditting
  • BA or MBA of Financial & Accounting is a plus
  • Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles. 

Ø  Skills : 

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good Leadership, Organization, Analysis, negotiation …
  • Good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
  • Good grasp of business fundamentals / processes
  • Good grasp of law and government regulations that can affect the manufacturing industry in Vietnam
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 

Ø  Abilities: 

  • Confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Dealing with conflict in company 

Ø  Experience : 

  • At least 3-5 years experience like Vice General Manager, Vice General Director and up to Managing Director, General Manager  

 

 BENEFITS:

  • Salary: Around $3500 - $6000, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
