HR Strategy’s Client is specialized in Kindergarten Education Franchise. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for COO  position.

  • Working Location : HCMC
  • Report to: BOD
  • Take care program for 4 Kindergarten School

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1/ Management Responsibility

  • Ensure high enrollment, re-enrollment ratio and other academic criteria of all programs
  • Supervise the quality of academic managers through workshops, training, coaching, observation and evaluation of skills throughout each year and ensure manager accountability of expectations
  • Have strategy in development customer services to students and parents through performance and work of teachers and R&D staff
  • Plan, overlook and manage the budget and direct cost the ensure the P&L of the company
  • Be responsible for all staff and manager’s performance and skills in the division
  • Monthly report sent to BOD and other departments

2/ Research and Development

  • Propose, research & develop new programs in relevant to BOD’s direction, customers’ need and business model
  • Plan and carry out necessary training & meetings to keep the academic management team well informed of key important changes & updates, strengthen management skills, and notification of BOD’s projects
  • Research competitors and propose program development strategies in terms of enrolment & customer services
  • Write & implement policies & procedures to enhance the best academic operations at CitySmart schools
  • Plan and support the conduct of teacher training and skills coaching of academic staff & teachers to work with relevant departments in planning for new program’s launching, make sure other departments in the company have deep knowledge about the programs
  • Manage change and improvement – measure effectiveness in initiating changes, adapting to necessary changes from old methods when they are no longer practical, identifying new method and generating improvement

3/ Human Resource Management

  • Measure the effectiveness in selecting qualified people; evaluating subordinates, performance, strength and development needs; providing constructive feedback, and talking appropriate and timely action with unsatisfactory performers
  • Planning and carrying out training strategy and plan for all subordinates in the division
  • Budget and propose salary and benefit for all the subordinates in the division to make sure the company’s budget, direct cost in relevant with staff’s benefit and satisfaction
  • Propose plan to develop manpower in the division to meet up with company direction and plan
  • Supervise recruitment & probation procedure of new teachers and academic staff members, minimizing academic staff turnover rate

4/ Budgeting

  • Budget for the division with below categories:
  • Yearly, monthly budgeting for the division to keep direct cost in control and relevant with revenue of the company
  • Training budget for all positions in the division to make sure new skills, knowledge and improvement for them
  • Propose and supervise material budgeting for all programs

5/ Franchisee Development

  • Working with center division to have plan in development Franchisee system for the company
  • Meet up, conduct presentation about company’s product to potential franchisees
  • Develop, transfer franchisee academic and training package to new franchisee and make sure they follow and deliver to Sub franchisee customers and staff
  • Training, support and supervise Sub Franchisee to make sure they deliver academic result and outcome for students
  • Report Sub Franchisee’s academic results and development to BOD

 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

  • Master or University degree, preferably in Education or English
  • Having TESOL/TEFL certification or other Teaching Certification
  • At least 5 years experiences in education
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Vietnamese
  • Management Skill in Academic team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analysis and writing report skills
  • Work under high pressure

 

BENEFITS: 

  • Salary: $3000 - $4000, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
  • Monthly salary & 13th month salary
